The waitlist — what we collect now
The live collection on this site is the waitlist form. It posts to POST /api/waitlist. You send an email address and a kit preference (O1 Mask Kit or O2 Rest Kit). We do not ask for a name, a payment card, or a delivery address on that form.
Purpose
To email you once when the first molded-cup sample is signed off and that kit is for sale — Mask Kit O1 £34.99 or Rest Kit O2 £39.99. We do not run a drip, a newsletter of other products, or a medical mailing. Stripe is muted; this form is not checkout.
Legal basis
Consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You give it by submitting the form. You may withdraw it by writing to us (or using the public contact address once one is printed) and asking us to delete the address.
Retention
If a Cloudflare KV namespace is bound to this Worker, the address and kit preference are stored until you ask us to erase them or we close the list. If KV is not bound, the API still accepts the request so the form does not fail, and the address is not persisted on this host. We do not keep a shadow list elsewhere.
What we do not collect here
Stripe is muted. This shop does not take a card on these pages. When Payment Links exist, Stripe will process the payment details you give Stripe; their terms cover that step. We do not run accounts or a review wall.
Processors
Cloudflare hosts the site and the waitlist endpoint. We do not sell lists. We do not pass waitlist addresses to a marketing tool.
Rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, or restriction. You may complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland. See the waitlist for the form this notice describes.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing cookies. If we add analytics later, a consent choice will sit on this page first.
